Change, it spins you out.

It sure does spin me out.

This past month I've seen so many people from my past - each of them "changed" in one way or another.

Last week My very bestfriend of 15 years Renea, and I were discussing the past...We sound so old. I mean here we are both not quiet 21 just yet discussing the times when we couldn't wait to turn 16, then 18.

Reminising about us being a bunch of 13 year olds, laughing at the thought of having kids and main men.

Now, both of us have beautiful boys and are 20 yr olds who feel much, much older.

What I love about her is what I believe are my own good qualities. We are so very alike.
She always walks in when the rest of my world walks out. She is knows who I am, where I have been & where I may be, & she accepts it.

I have had many friends....Past & present. But friends that i can count on - Just one, Renea.

You know when people so casually say "Oh, i trust them with my life" well I truly trust her with mine.

...She isn't the kind of friend who would bail me out of jail, she is the kind who would be sat next to me saying "Oh mayn we are in shit, but that was hella fun"


She reached for my hand & touched my heart - for that i am not only grateful, but also blessed.
