Coca cola that is!!!
It's been 48 hours since my last drink and I have a headache, lol.
The other day I decided that the 600ml+ of coke I drink a day combined with the 2 cans of V energy drink I consume daily is just lethal - Add my 4am cuppacino @ work and that caffine level is ridiculous. Not to mention the sugar intake which more then likely contributes to the fact that my ass doesnt feel "Great" in any of my jeans lately.
So no more coke or coffee... I've gone cold turkey with them. BUT, I have to compromise with the V, I need my vice (oh wait i'm a smoker =S) I now drink SUGARFREE V and behold, its actually not bad at all!! Considering I'm also a sugar addict, the taste is appealing.
I have to do this for the sake of the jeans and the wedding dress~!!!
